Our Network Operation Center (NOC) is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our highly skilled Certified NOC staff are available 24 hours a day to answer any technical support issues that our customers may have. We use advanced SNMP based network monitoring tools such as HP Openview, and CiscoWorks to proactively monitor our backbone and our client's connections and equipment.

If you are experiencing problems with any of your services provided by Crossroads, you may call our Network Operations Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (515) 248-9090 Ext. 13. Trouble tickets may also be opened by sending an email to support@xroads.net.

In addition, Crossroads' Data Center (DC) enables businesses to quickly and cost-effectively launch their Internet presence by leveraging our investment in a solid Internet infrastructure, and state of the art data center facilities. Our DC offers redundant backup power supplies and fire protection, multiple fiber optic feeds, raised floors, and is equipped with the latest environmental control equipment from Liebert. Our professionally staffed NOC is in charge of monitoring the DC 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.
